Product Description:

Concentrated milk protein, called MCP or milk protein concentrate is skimmed milk concentrate, of which the protein content (casein and whey protein) of dry material is higher than 42%, and preferably higher than 75%.

Characteristics:

  • Physical appearance: homogeneous powder, white to light cream color.
  • Taste: clean, dairy flavor.
  • Odor: neutral.
Applications: diet and nutritional products, geriatric products, recombined and processed cheese, bakery and confectionery, processed meat.
