Product Description:
Concentrated milk protein, called MCP or milk protein concentrate is skimmed milk concentrate, of which the protein content (casein and whey protein) of dry material is higher than 42%, and preferably higher than 75%.
Characteristics:

- Taste: clean, dairy flavor.
- Odor: neutral.
